Mounds White Cake

Mounds White Cake.


1- Box white cake mix
Water= 1 & 1/3 cups
Eggs= 3 lg
Butter or Margarine= 1 cup softened
Milk= 2 tbsp
1- Can of Chocolate Frosting
Shredded Coconut= 2 cups


                               Grease and flour a 9in cake pan  and preheat your oven at 350.
Pour the cake mix into a large bowl and sift with a fork for 5 minuets. Add the water, eggs, butter and then mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into your prepped pan and bake. After baking for 30 minuets  open your oven and sprinkle the coconut over the top of the cake, close and bake for another 10 minuets.
Let your cake cool for half an hour after removing it from the oven.
While your cake cools empty the can of chocolate frosting into a sauce pan followed by 2 table spoons of milk. Stir over a low heat just until the frosting is loose. Remove and carefully pour the frosting over the cake.
Let it set for awhile before serving.
